Is missed call text back legal in Texas?
Texting someone back after they called you is a reply to a customer who contacted you first, which is different from a cold marketing text. Repify systems only text people who called or contacted your business, identify the business by name, and honor opt-out replies like STOP. Business texting numbers also need carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), which we handle during setup.
